Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
- Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking
- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation
- Place your order at least 2 to 3 days before.
- Once the cake leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damages.
- Charges may vary according to the customizations.
- Cream customizations are not charged separately, other than vintage cakes.
