Refund and Exchange Policies

    • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled event.

    Cases of customer dissatisfaction with the services of the hired vendors will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be provided after careful assessment of the circumstances.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Product Defect or Damage: Customers are eligible for an exchange if they receive a product that is defective or damaged. Please contact our customer support team immediately with relevant details and photographic evidence.
    • Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange. Contact our customer support team with details and photographic evidence.
  3. Requesting a Refund or Exchange:

    • To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team by email or phone, providing the necessary details of the order and the reason for cancellation or exchange. Refund and exchange requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Refund and Exchange Processing:

    • Full Refunds: Will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days after the cancellation or exchange request is approved.
    • Partial Refunds: Will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days after deducting the applicable charges and fees.
  5. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Circumstances:

    The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

    • Changes in Event Dates or Venues: Communicated after the order has been placed.
    • Failure to Provide Accurate Information: During the order process, leading to an incorrect or unsatisfactory outcome.
