TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (Groovy)

  • If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
  • Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking
  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation

NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS IF THE CLIENT DOESN'T PICK UP DATA WITHIN 5 MONTHS.

  • The Time of Event Coverage is 4 hours max; after that, we will charge.
  • We make sure to make backups of our data, but in case of data loss (as these are electronic devices), Team Aliyah Photoworks will not be responsible. They will be adjusting the dues to be refunded depending on the type of data lost.
  • The client can select their songs for videos.
  • Any kind of misbehaviour towards our team is not tolerated by us at any event.
  • After the delivery of the final product, we will no longer be responsible for raw data after 7 days.
  • Changes in albums and videos will only be considered if they come directly from the bride and groom.

(Data Delivery Time)

  • A minimum of 10 days is required for delivering soft copies (pictures).
  • 2 months for albums after selection is given by the client.
  • Minimum of 2-3 months is required for video processing.
