TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (Groovy)

• If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
• Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking
• Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation

Terms & Conditions: (Azy Photography and Films)

• The person who is in correspondence with us, e.g., the groom or bride or their parents will only be considered as our clients and will be dealt with and served in the life cycle of the project; the demands of other relatives won't be served.
• We don't show the photo album design before printing. We keep regular backups of data to prevent loss if the SD card gets corrupt or damaged; in that case, the company won't be liable.
• The quality of the picture depends on your event decor, lighting, and how you take our directions.
• In case of any unforeseen events such as strikes, roadblocks, or acts of terrorism, and in which we may feel life-threatening situations, the contract will expire and your advance will be returned based on mutual understanding.
• An additional one month is required for final product delivery after the selection of pictures or song selections & titles in the case of video.
• All prices are excluding government taxes.
