  • If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
  • Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking
  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation
  • Please be advised that the cost of petrol, toll taxes, and the driver's food will be the customer's responsibility.
  • In case of any damage to the vehicle, the customer will be held responsible
