FOOD, CHAIRS, TABLES, CROCKERY, CUTLERY AND WAITERS.
 


Forbidden Items
• Alcohol beverages are NOT allowed on the premises
• Any kind of drugs are NOT allowed on the premises
• Bringing firearms, or sharp objects of any nature whatsoever and their use is strictly prohibited on the property
• Fireworks are NOT allowed
Note:
• In case of any destruction of property, the client will be held responsible and will be demanded compensation.
• Please take care of your belongings as the management will not be responsible for anything lost.
• In case of cancellation of the event, the advance paid will not be refunded.
• The venue is booked for 6 hours at maximum. The cut-off time for all events is 11 pm.
• PKR 20,000 will be charged in case of a date change by the client.
• If the décor requires the venue one day prior to the event date, an additional PKR 25,000 will be charged to the
client.
• If the décor requires the venue two days prior to the event date, an additional PKR 40,000 will be charged to the
client.
Add-ons:
• In case of rain or any changes in the weather conditions, a canopy can be arranged, ideally 2 days prior to the
event date with additional cost.
• If the number of guests exceed the agreed range at the time of booking, additional 1,000 PKR per person will
be charged OR the rate for the next range will be charged, whichever is less.
• The event is run on generator only. The client is advised to opt for generator with the farmhouse.
• To add bonfire, additional 3000 PKR will be charged.
Payments
• For events that are more than 3 months from booking date, 60% advance is required to confirm booking. For
all other cases 100% advance is required.
• Your slot will only be confirmed once the advance has been paid.
• Our respected clients are obligated to pay the remaining payment at least one week prior to the event date.
Refunds
RMK Farmhouse has a partial refund policy.
• Cancellation 1 month prior to the event date -- 10% of the venue payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation 2 months prior to the event date -- 25% of the venue payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 1 month prior to the event date - No refund.
