Terms and Conditions:
- If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
- Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation
- Nails/nail paints, hair extensions, flowers, or any other hair accessories are not included. Clients have to arrange these items themselves
- Hair stuffings are not included in party makeup. You can arrange them yourself or buy them from us on the spot
- Only one attendant is allowed with the client
- No kids are allowed in the studio
