- If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund
- Groovy upholds the policy of full payment at the time of booking
- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation
- Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
