- If you cancel your order one week or more before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or on the same day as the event will not be eligible for a refund

- Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of reservation
- To ensure the availability of our exquisite decor services for your special event, we kindly request a minimum of three days’ advance notice for booking. This allows us to meticulously plan and curate a design that perfectly aligns with your vision.
